Our
fraternal salute to the oppressed masses of Egypt
(On
celebration of the 2nd year of uprising-”Revolution”),
And
especially to our four imprisoned comrades:
Mohamed
Ezzdine , Amir Assad , Mohamed Albadri & houssine Mohamed
It
is all too similar what you comrades are going through in these days
of rage, with what we went through in the aftermath of our beloved
revolution of (Feb) 1979.Ours was stolen with a religious fascist
leader called Khomeini & yours with a neo-fascist (American’s
asset)persona
called Mersey with the
banner of ‘Muslim brotherhood’ party.
We
all know too well the bitter taste of defeat on the hands of the
reactionary “Velayat faghih”, Islamic regime, who stole our
aspirations for a free society and by imposing its cruel and vicious
plan of tyranny, death, torture chambers, and summary executions of
some of our best sisters & brothers, workers ,teachers, writers,
youth ,women….and oppressing kurds , Turkamans, Arabs &
Baluchis.
In
other words, with the blessing of the U.S. Imperialism, who’s the
existence of racist Zionist Israel is of its utmost importance,
another Mubarak’s type regime with an all too familiar religious
fundamentalism is being organized in Egypt. In short the same
atrocity is being planned for you our comrades and the whole nation
of Egypt.
It
is with this structure of powers in mind that we would like to
reiterate that as anarchists and anti-authoritarians we reject all
forms of dominations and are in solidarity with you our comrades and
every other Egyptian who alongside you is fighting for a society with
liberty, dignity & respect.
In
addition, as our U.S Black Block comrades said in their letter of
support to you:
”In
giving an identity to anonymity & struggle, it offers the
authority to make an”other” out of us, to quarantine our revolt &
our ideas….it is a mistake to view ourselves as separate from the
rest of the society….our rulers do not fear anarchists, they fear
that anarchist values & practices will spread….We do not hide
our values under the same banner of “democracy” that disguises
other’s hunger for power. We should not give legitimacy to the
structure of power that would come back again & again to oppress
us….Anarchists could help turn regime change into social
revolution, a full scale transformation of everyday life”.
Finally,
hereby, we demand the Egyptian state to respect the human rights of
our comrades and other freedom loving individuals, in total 21, and
release them immediately.
Down
with Muslim brotherhood-Down with Mersey’s regime
Long
live liberty-Long live anarchy
