تظاهرتهای گسترده برضد دولت وسرمایه در تمامی اروپا

در دسامبر سال گذشته، نشستی از اتحادیه های کارگری یونان، آلمان، لهستان، اتریش و گروه های چپ انجام گرفت. نتیجه این نشست سازماندهی تظاهرتهایی در تمامی اروپا در تاریخ 31 مارچ 2012  تحت شعار   

 „M31 – European Day of Action against Capitalism“ می باشد. در این روز ما حامل یک پیغام هستیم، مواضع ما ضد سیاستهای کمیسیون اتحادیه های اروپا، بانک مرکزی، صندوق بین المللی و تحولاتهای اقتدارطلبانه در اروپا است. هدف ما از این طرح، مقابله با دسته بندیها مابین اعتراض کنندگان  میباشد. ما میتوانیم از این طریق طیفهای مختلف چپ را زیر شعار ضد سرمایه داری و ضد ملی گرایی به همکاری دعوت کرده و مبارزاتمان را برضد فشارهای دولت و سرمایه سازماندهی کنیم.

آگاهی به اینکه چه کسانی مسئول بحرانهای جاری هستند، ما را به هم نزدیک میکند. این بحرانها بدلیل اقدامات غیرمسئولانه دلالان طماع و نخبگان کوچک فاسد دولتی بوجود آمده و نه بدلیل اینکه ما فراتر از توان مالی مان زندگی کرده ایم. اینکه جایگزینی وجود ندارد، درست نیست بلکه آزاد کردن جامعه از شر این انگل ها خود جایگزینی است.


تظاهرات ما در تاریخ 31 مارچ برضد بانکها نیست، چرا که ظاهرا" آنها فقط مسئول بحرانهای جاری هستند. تظاهرات ما علیه نظام حاکم است که برای تحولات اقتدراگرانه در اروپا مسئول است و آن را نشانه ی " رقابت های بین المللی" میداند. علائق و نیازهای انسانی ربطی به رقابت های بین المللی ندارد. 
قدم ما برای راه حلی انسانی و عادلانه تر در مقابل این بحرانها نیست یا اینجا و آنجا رفرمی صورت بگیرد. اینها ما را در مقابل منافع مزدبگیران راضی نخواهد کرد. خواست ما  نابودی دولت و سرمایه است، ما برای یک جامعه آزاد و بهتر مبارزه میکنیم.

محل برگزاری این تظاهرت در کشور آلمان در شهر فرانکفورت می باشد.

پلیس به یکی از قدیمی ترین مراکز فعالیت های فرهنگی و اجتماعی در ورشو حمله کرد

Elba squat was raided on March 16th, 2012, by henchmen of a private security company who received assistance from the Polish police. The project was established in 2004. The Finnish company Stora Enso (the owner of the premises) has been well aware of Elba’s existence and activity and, after protests two years ago, the presence of the squatters in the area was accepted. No user of the building was notified of a scheduled date of eviction, so the incursion came as a total surprise for the people living in the squat, which is the biggest and oldest active social and cultural centre in Warsaw.

Shortly after 11am, guards hired by the ‘Skrzecz’ security agency broke into the building. They didn’t present an eviction warrant and used violence against squatters in order to force them to leave the property. The squatters resisted, and one person barricaded himself in his room and at least six others occupied the roof of the building. They issued an urgent call for help and support. Soon, police units arrived at the place. The fact that the attempted eviction was illegal was ignored by the police, who instead started to block the solidarity demo.

After a few hours, there were around 100 protesters trying to stop the eviction, facing nearly 30 riot cops who were assisting the security agents. The protesters clashed with the police, who attacked them using tear gas and truncheons; however, no large-scale clashes occurred. As the time passed, more police units showed up surrounding the squatters and supporters. Shortly after 6pm, the police received orders to disperse and started to remove reporters from the place. That seemed to be the start of a brutal eviction. Yet, police and security guards finally left the area, at 8pm. This allowed people to enter the squat and take it back.

The next day, the collective Elba issued a statement condemning actions of the police and the security agency. Also, Anonymous collective attacked the security company’s website and its email accounts. The website was taken down as a symbolic action of solidarity.

It has been brought to attention that the owner of the area gave squatters one week to move out. Elba calls for international support in order to prevent any further attacks. A demonstration in defense of the squat is scheduled for March 23rd in the city centre of Warsaw.

اعتراضات دانش آموزان در شهر والن سیا

در تاریخ 15 فوریه 2012 تظاهرتهای اعتراضی دانش آموزان در شهر Valencia آغاز شد. این تظاهرتها بدلایل کاهش روزافزون بودجه در بخش اجتماعی و آموزش و پرورش است، در این روز دانش آموزان با معلمانشان یکی از خیابانهای مرکزی شهر را برای مدت کوتاهی مسدود کردند.  به گفته شاهدان عینی پلیس دانش آموزی 17 ساله را دستگیر و تعدادی را هم کتک زده است. همان شب در اعتراض با رفتار خشونت آمیز پلیس عده ای دست به تظاهرات زدند که دوباره این اعتراضات با سرکوب از طرف پلیس روبرو گشت.  بطور مثال پلیس دو نفر از دستگیر شده گان را در یک مرکز خرید نگه داشته و عده ای را به اداره پلیس بردند.
روز بعد بر خلاف انتظار پلیس، اعتراضات فروکش نکرد بلکه دانش آموزان به طرف مقر پلیس راه پیمایی کردند و در جلوی اداره پلیس گرد آمده، خواستار آزادی همکلاسی های خود شدند. اما در همین موقع پلیس ضد شورش آنها را احاطه، به گروه های کوچک تقسیم کرده و بعد از شناسایی آنها شروع به فحاشی کرده است. دانش آموزان متقابل خواستار کارت شناسای از پلیس شدند اما آنها حاضر نشدند کارت شناسایی خود را نشان بدهند.
روز بعد بازداشت شدگان را با شرط  وشروط آزاد کردند. اتهام آنان را اختلال صلح عمومی و مقاومت در مقابل پلیس نامیدند. با تمام اینها شهر دیگر آرام نشد، در روز چهارم دوباره 26 نفردستگیر که 5 نفر از آنان دانش آموزان زیر سن قانونی بودند.


دوشنبه شب در تاریخ 27 فوریه اکسیونهای مختلفی در شهر والنسیا در اسپانیا بدلیل تشدید حملات دولت و سرمایه داران به حق و حقوق شهروندان، سرکوب تظاهرتهای دانشجویی  انجام شد:

• دو تا دستگاه خودپرداز متعلق به بانک به آتش کشیده شد،
• دستگاه دیگری را با سیمان از کار انداختند،
• به آتش کشیدن ایستگاه قطار

این تظاهرات بدون اجازه پلیس صورت گرفت و با تهاجم و خشونت پلیس روبرو گشت. وقتی ماسک دولت و سیستم سرمایه داری برداشته شود چیزی جز خشونت برای دیدن نمی ماند. 

طی این مدت در 21 شهر دیگر  نیز هزاران نفر به خیابانها رفته و از حرکتهای اعتراضی دانش آموزان شهر Valencia حمایت کردند.

On Saturday, March 3rd, by 20.00 (MEZ) the occupied building squatted on Deutz-Mülheim Street was surrounded by a giant police force with martial equipment. Nearly 20 squatters were under siege by approximately 100 armed cops, aided from earlier in the evening by police helicopter, 25 police buses, a fire brigade unit, which provided lights for the operation, etc. Given the enormous pressure and continuous threats of violence, the squatters finally stepped out of the house all together and were detained, so the place was evicted and the entire area was sealed. All personal details were recorded; all detainees were searched at the police station (including the minors, who were forced to strip naked, without their parents being informed about the arrests). The detainees were locked up in separate cells, but all of them refused to give fingerprints. The last squatters were released at about 04.00 in the morning, when people in solidarity were finally able to take all imprisoned activists in their arms.

On the same day (3/3) in Münster a Nazi rally took place. Although specific circumstances are yet unverified, an antifascist counter-protester from Cologne was beaten savagely by cops. The comrade was attacked by the State’s forces during a rather calm situation at the time, and even when he lay on the ground, the murderers hit him several times on the head with their elbows and boots (with steel inside). Several of his teeth lay on the street while his face was covered in blood. He was reportedly hospitalized in intensive care unit, being unconscious and in life-threatening condition for several hours.

After this sequence of events, a demo against repression (beatings at demonstrations, evictions, incarcerations, nuclear power, discrimination against immigrants, etc.) has been called for March 5th, at 19.00 in Rudolfplatz, Cologne. Join the anti-repression protest on Monday!

اولین کلکتیو ما در شهر کلن آلمان

On March 2nd, 2012, we squatted an abandoned building at Deutz-Mülheimer Street in Cologne, near the old industrial complex of the KHD group of companies, where we want to develop a collective; that is a group of people who wish to live and work together without leaders. The squat is a place for both working and living away from the capitalist enforcement. We want to live with each other without hierarchically structured regulation. There are a few projects in Cologne which are quite similar to our idea of living. Since the 70s the project Sozialistische Selbsthilfe Köln exists, but unfortunately the scope for such initiatives is limited in this neoconservative city, since there’s not enough space for libertarian projects, and most of free spaces are still struggling, while many people are left alone, unemployed, homeless, without even health insurance. People have to be in the welfare system to get those things. If someone is unemployed and doesn’t want to be part of the welfare system, she or he has no chance. Those who do not agree with the government and don’t want to be in dependency are always in struggle. The State acts against them and the police criminalize them. But if people steal because they’re hungry (if they’re squatters because they need a place to live, if they take action against authorities because they feel suppressed…), they’re no criminals. The criminals are those who act against freedom, equality and social change. This is due to capitalism. Its only purpose is to make even more money, and the biggest part of humankind is suffering from it.

Law and Order do their very best to keep us down. Everyone is afraid of jail; it’s a normal reaction. But most people forget that fear can be a jailhouse, too. And the State uses fear to build up a cage inside people’s heads. But even when we’re afraid of repression, our will against the system and this capitalist society is always stronger than fear. We don’t care about the structure of ownership and investors. We won’t argue about the point that we don’t ‘own’ the house. It’s our squat, the place where we can live, and that’s why we will stay!

Everybody is welcome to visit us and become part of the project. But if somebody is not interested in emancipation, she or he should better not come by. This squat is no place to act in any discriminatory way. We don’t tolerate sexism, homophobia, racism and fascism, lookism and classism. We stand next to people all over the world who are fighting for freedom and emancipation.

We can’t stand to run away, to bend over or serve anymore. From now on, we are the only ones to determine our own lives. The struggle continues; fight the reactionary system!
